No, the best place to discuss North American outages is the North American
Network Group. We have no need for Yet Another list.

outages mailing list also receives feedback from other operator
community(ies) which may directly or indirectly help operators w/o being
members of isp-routing, nsp-sec, cisco-nsp, sanog, janog, nanog, etc.
like i've said earlier, who knows, maybe we could even move the messages
about "what the heck is wrong with XXXX and YYYY" off nanog.
i don't want to turn this into a baseless debate which will never really
lead anywhere. all i'm saying there are others who find it unnecessary
in mixing the both.
