how to transfer an information

Then if there is a bug on fatfs that does not permit to write anyhting
to diskette what is the usual way to transfer any information from a
computer with HURD to other computers? This is, flash, Internet, CD or

It is to fix the bug in fatfs and post a patch.

It's not an easy task for someone to begin with. It means a lot of
changes to libdiskfs and a lot of changes to fatfs.

To answer the question; I use the network to transfer files.

As far as I understand now that when You want to use HURD You have to be it's
developer. I have not an acccess to Internet at home when I installed
HURD but at my work when there is a Windows. How can I access to CVS
archive of HURD?

No, you do not have to be a developer. But it is not as easy as using
windows, GNU/Linux, etc. You can find instructions about CVS access
here:
