Quick Launch is enabled.
When I close Mozilla I ALWAYS get the message that says: "Quick Launch
is enabled, so Mozilla remains in the memory and can be started again
quickly"
This message always appears when I close Mozilla even though I have
checked "Don't show me this message again"
How do I stop this message from coming up every time?
Have you unchecked Quick Launch in Preferences Advanced ?

PS: I hope I'm posting to the proper place.
Its not adviseable to use the Moz QL. There have been known reports
of problems with it. Corrupt profiles, corrupted mail, lost
bookmarks, etc. This usually happens when the computer is powered
down wrong, or a power outage or something else. Its better to turn
this off and just click on the Moz icon to restart it.

Yes, I have unchecked Quick Launch in Preferences Advanced.
When I do that of course that message doesn't come up BUT then Quick
Launch doesn't work either.
This problem is something new. I've been using Mozilla for about 4
years now.
I don't have a solution to message, just wonted to say that I have not
notice that Mozilla launch any slower after I stop using the QL.
or two sec don't really matters to me :)
In the netscape.mozilla.user.win32 group (secnews.netscape.com server)
there is a thread at this moment where the P is adviced NT to use
QL. Quote from one of the posts:
"There have been numerous reports of lost bookmarks etc that can be
attributed to Quick Launch running when a computer is improperly shut
down either by necessity or a power failure."
