    Hi Shamir,
    The obvious - check your login credentials.
    - I think the hardest part for anyone in setting this up is making sure
    you get the right DN for authentication. If you have any issues
    figuring out your DN, check with your domain admin.

    Sorry - Hit send before a second thought came to me.
    If your DN contains a backslash (\) you may need to escape it. I don't
    recall if this is something you need to do in Bugzilla, but I have some
    other programs that I had to use double whacks (\\) to get
    authentication working properly.
    But that was a long time ago
