I use Panda Platinum Internet Security 2005. It is an active AV
scanner for email SPAM, etc. In each email it inserts a brief bit
about THIS IS SPAM, etc
a few messages this screws up in TB, where it does not in L.
What info can I provide here to get some help with this?

Can someone please shed some light on the details of the above?
Is he/she saying that I should turn off my virus scan for email because
TB does this?
What exactly is meant by turn off images and html? I feel I need these
turned on to view email content as sent.
I can use buttons! extension?
Please help with details?
Thanx,

zeddock,
Many people, including me, believe that using HTML for email is not considered using safe hex:

Max is suggesting that you setup your email/NNTP client to only read the text portion of your email/NG messages, and list pictures and other binaries as attachments. Then download and view them NLY from people that you trust. I agree. If you want me to view your really, cool HTML document, then upload it to your Web Site (if you have an ISP, you have a Web Site) and email me the link. My browsers are all particularly well-suited for viewing HTML documents, my email/NNTP clients are not. YMMV.
