Thats is my senario as well as well if you try later there server will
give you access but again you will face the same problem
Very strange thing IBM are doing. !?
as well ibm is very big company so problem should have been reported to
them and i hope someone from ibm reading the issue
or have some contact to ibm

i can not understand that ibm have problem !? Maybe they have
allso ihave set hosts_max_try = 10 in my transport options with out any
help.

Interesting. I succeeded once, and issued QUIT after HEL Now, my
connection is refused every time. It could be that they've blacklisted my
IP address because I bailed out the first time.
