    I would like to propose a new committer to the Apache Portals and
    Jetspeed teams. His name is Philip Mark Donaghy. He has been with the
    Jetspeed community since well before the 2.0 release.
    Philip has constantly been active helping users get started with
    Jetspeed and solving build issues on the list.
    Here is a list of his contributions to date:
    * documentation regarding portlet development
    * the MapServer bridge
    * Decorators
    * IP profiling rule.
    * patches including the statistics portlet
    * localized the layout portlets help page
    * wrote a function to override the PSML themes
    * gathered mailing list discussions to produce the Tomcat SS cross
    context webapp guide.
    * wrote one of the 2.0 release announcements.
    Having Philip contributing fulltime will be a very valuable
    addition to the Apache Portals team

    Hi and thank you everyone for having confidence in me. I am looking
    forward to helping this community grow. This would be my first
    committer position on an open source project at the ASF. I have been
    working close to Apache for many years and I am grateful to have been
    accepted into such a group.
