    Hello,
I have managed to tame the Zen/Rug business on most of the machines I
administer, but one of them is refusing to cooperate. Every time I try to
run 'you' or configure it yast just crashes. There are no error messages
or core files, just a shell prompt at the top of the screen hidden in the
    Yast display.
Does anyone know a simple wayy of resetting You to a safe state? Is it
safe for example to delete /var/lib/zypp and /var/lib/zmd ?
    Many thanks,
    Bob
