    Hi.
Working with a cluster comprising four dhcp servers, we noted that,
between receiving a DHCPDISCVER packet and start processing it (with
function dhcpdiscover, in server/dhcp.c), apparently all the servers spent
an amountof time ranging from 1 to 13 seconds (all the same time at once).
Is this so? Is this normal? If so, why so long lapses?
We are using dhcp-3.0.2 with Linux 2.6.
    Thanks in advance.
    Regards.
