    Hi
I have the necessary i18n packages installed (Debian system). When I try to
replace US English with German in the Control Center, US English does not
get replaced with German (it does show up as one of the 4 choices in the
pull down list - so the support is installed). I have tried some other
languages (British English, Punjabi), they switch correctly. It seems that
there might be a problem with the configuration files due to an aborted
attempt at a change to German earlier. Which files do I need to delete from
~/.kde to start with a clean slate ?
    Thanks.

The language setting is store in this file:
    ~/.kde/share/config/kdeglobals
