Hi All,
I've got this working, but I seem to be missing something. When I reply
to an internal note, The reply gets routed to the notification list and
the email gets stored as a new internal note. When I replay to a status
change email, the reply gets distributed, but I can't find the reply
archived anywhere. Should I be expecting it to? Where should I see it?
