    hello,
    i have some details in a vb form.
    can i load Ms Word with these details (which were in the form) and
    allow the user to send it from word document & on closing word can i save
    these
    details in Ms Access? (or get the details back to form)
    can any one help me to find a remedy for this?

    yes you can,
    But there are steps

    the Word close event (VBA)
    Make a connection to the ACCESS
    Make a connection to the Database
    Send information to the table
    Close the Connection
    End the Word VBA Call
    Continue Exit Normally
