Find out how:

Try doing a google on "INIT RESPAWNING T RAPIDLY" and you will get a
ton of hits.
What is common to the replies is either:
(1) something is being started in /etc/inittab out of sequence, i.e. an
entry needs another process to start before it, so it continually tries
to respawn.
(2) an entry in /etc/inittab requires a file that is missing, i.e.
typically a device file is missing.
Did you make any changes to the console configuration?
