After checking the logs you attached, I believe your problem centers on
the following entry:
"INIT: Command is respawning too rapidly. Check for possible errors.

I think the following entry is misleading and a result of the problem
above:
" INIT: Command is respawning too rapidly. Check for possible errors.
id: tty0 "/usr/sbin/getty /dev/tty0"
Unfortunately, I haven't the faintest clue what is
"/usr/tbasic/tb_mods/sds_sftbal".
Might some other AIX gurus help out?
