http://xalan.apache.org is a top level URL that quickly points to either
http://xml.apache.org/xalan-j or
http://xml.apache.org/xalan-c
This issue is to document problems with their web pages.

the left hand side, the grey menu has an item "Source Repository" which points to
which doesn't exist.
For
there are many ( a few hundred) links to bugzilla bugs at http://nagoya.apache.org, but
that machine is gone. So all links to old bugzilla bugs for all releases are broken.

the base URI of the website is changed, it is no longer nagoya.apache.org but issues.apache.org
