    Do you have any search folders? If you do, you should delete them because they make KMail
    crawl along at slower than snail's pace whenever you read, send or delete mail.

    reply-to-mailing list function ( The Bat! under win32, sylpheed-claws
    under win32 then under linux). I always use Reply key for everything,
    it's motoric :-)

    KMail 1.8 has mailing list management under the main menu Folder
