Subject: ntpq no longer does reverse lookup for the 'refid' field in 'peers'
Yes, and Dave is gonna hate that.
Dave wants to find a way to have the refid be looked up if it is an IPv4
address.
I suspect we may want a wrapper script that "looks back the chain"
to see what the refid corresponds to on the upstream system.
