    Setup a good webcam?

Honestly, what do you mean with "see"?

To login remotely from Linux, install 'rdesktop' + 'tsclient' and
fire up the later. Might be available directly through yum
    dependent on your repro settings.

For file/printer sharing, setup samba (www.samba.org) the
software does come with your distro.

    Good luck

    BTW

Sure: set up Samba on your Linux machine; set up Windows machine to share
    things.

If you want to share files, you need to use samba. If you want to do remote
    control, I use VNC.

I VPN from my home linux workstation into work. Then I use the realvnc.com
server software to connect to the windows desktop at work. That allows me
to control the windows machine very similarly to PCAnywhere. If you want
remote control from windows to linux -- depends on what you are trying to
accomplish. You can also use Cygwin on Windows to set up an ssh daemon for
command line level access. You have a myriad of options -- you just need
to be clearer on what type of access you need.

As someone else mentioned -- check with your IT department.
