Regarding RPM package, there are some issues:

1. Group must be "Applications/Internet".
2. License must be "GPL".
3. And it conflicts with files from kdenetwork package.

First two problems are easily solvable, but the third one can not be solved
as long as old Kopete version is included in kdenetwork.
