Summary: initialise if_ptr under cygwin
Initial Comment:
With a current cvs checkout, i get a segmentation fault
in var_ifEntry().
It looks to me as if the line which initialises if_ptr
has been commented out.
I didn't want to mess with the commented function call,
so i just initialised the pointer to NULL.
It doesn't crash any more, but i cant vouch for it's
behaviour being correct.
bye
TA

Thanks for the patch! It has been applied to the 5.2.x
code branches and the main development tree, and
will appear in future releases of the net-snmp package.

Can you please retry with 5.2.2.pre3 and report back?
