Problem with ezmlm list

I have an ezmlm list that someone entered an address as
" <mailto:jimbob (AT) domainx (DOT) comjimbob (AT) domainx (DOT) com "
- when I try to use ezmlm-unsub I get no error message but the the user is
not removed what am I missing ? Have tried enclosing in single quotes and
processing using redirection ?
