Hi there
I just made a new issue in Eventum. Everything was working okay before but now I'm being bombarded with error message emails (even though the issue was sent out to the users):
Hello,
An error was found at 11/23/2005 10:51:02 (1132764662) on line '222' of script '/'.
The error message passed to us was:
'unable to add recipient [hemant@users_domain]: Invalid response code received from server'
A more detailed error message follows:
''
That happened on page '/' from IP Address 'XX.X.XXX.XXX' coming from the page (referrer) ''.
The user agent given was 'Wget/1.9+cvs-stable (Red Hat modified)'.
Sincerely yours,

ID: 5
Summary: VT's Not Turning Automatically
Project: Virtual360 System
Reported By: Users Name
Priority: Critical
Description:
This is an on-going issue which requires attention as a matter of urgency.
Problem: VT panorama's are not turning automatically when viewing. This is a random problem as it does not affect the same panorama each time. To temporary resolve this a user has to refresh the page but as no browser controls are visible, the user doesn't know how to do this.
Solutions tried:
1. Increasing RAM on server to 1Gb doesn't stop the problem; 2. Increasing browser cache size - problem still occurs; 3. Upgrading Java Virtual machine - not a solution; 4. Reinstalling JVM - doesn't solve the problem; 5. Internet connections dont appear to be a problem - different types of users have different internet connection speeds but the problem still arises.
TIA
