    Its that I want to use Framework v1.1 with VS.NET
    2002.

    If using the command line tools, just make sure the
    correct version is
    first in your path. Try just issuing csc or vbc.
    They will tell you
    the version of the framework they support.
    If using VS.NET, it rather simple. VS.NET 2002 -
    .Net 1.0, VS.NET
    2003 - .NET 1.1, VS.NET 2005 - .NET 2.0. I don't
    think you can use a
    later version to compile for an older framwork. (If
    I'm wrong, we'll
    hear about it quickly ;-)
    Also note that if you aren't recompiling the code,
    you don't have to
    do anything. Just make sure the right ver of the
    framework is
    installed on the end users machine. .NET will pick
    up the version
    that it was compiled with.
