I can log into squirrelmail fine and everything works well, except for Addresses. When I click on Adresses I get this:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare list_writable_backends() (previously declared in /) in / on line 149
I can't seem to find any help on this issue, any suggestions welcome.

If you have upgraded SquirrelMail and use PHP cache, restart web service.

If you have upgraded PHP, update used PHP caching engine.

If you have modified SquirrelMail scripts - revert your changes.
SquirrelMail 1.4.5 does not have list_writable_backends() function in
    src/addressbook.php line 149.

If you suspect that error is caused by some plugin - disable them.
