Hello Guys, I am having this real estate project and i am looking for
suggestions. Any help will be appreciated.
The answer should contain:
1-A fully developed conceptual data model using EER. include a data
dictionary including a description for each entity, relationship and
attribute.
2.A logical (relational) data model based on the conceptual model. it
should be at least in the third normal form. Identify and describe
the primary key and the foreign keys.
THE MDEL SHULD PERFRM THE FLLWING TASKS:
1. List the name, address, number of all sellers together with basic
informatin about the properties that they have listed with the real
estate company. this list by the seller and the listing
date.
2.List all properties that have been listed for than 120 days.
3.list all the clients who have been both buyers and sellers during
the past three years.
4.List all the completed sales of properties from april to june 2004
organized by the broker and by the day of sale.
5.List the total sales and total commision amounts for last year and
this yeat to date for each broker sorted by this year s sales
amount.
6.Provide a report of all the escrow amount transactions for a
specific property sale.
7.Find all the properties that hava a patio, family room, and a
washer-dryer.
8. grouped by property type(condominium,single family home,multi
family home) provide a sales and commission report that aggregates
the
sales and commissions by property types and provides information about
average sales for year 2003.
9.for each of the past 5 years including this year,list the total
number of contracts signed, the number of sales completed, the
percentage of the contracts that did not lead to sale, the avearage
sales amount, and the average commission and commission percentage.
10.List all the prospective clients who have expressed interest in two
family house with the price under $600,000, a roof built during the
past 10 years and gas heating.
