    Summary: Sending "authenticationFailure" trap
    Initial Comment:
While working with Net-SNMP 5.1. I observed that agent
is sending "authenticationFailure" trap, even though
    "snmpEnableAuthenTraps" is set to "disabled(2)".
I observed this behaviour with NET-SNMP version: 5.2 too.
