    Updated makefile.xml
Since people are commenting here, I'm attaching my own version of makefile.xml
(it's smaller than attaching a patch). This does NT make 'if' a keyword,
because AFAICT, 'if' *is not a keyword*. That being the case, highlighting it
is almost guaranteed to generate bug reports. (If someone can demonstrate that
it is, in fact, a keyword, please point me at the relevant documentation.)
This adds '+=' as in the other patch, and also '-=', improves the highlighting
of make variables/functions, and probably does other things as well I'm not
    thinking of.
