Hi,
I have 6 saa7134 tuner cards (actually 3 physical cards each has 2
tuners and 2 chips) in one box, in which kernel 2.6.18.2 is used.
Whenever I lunch the 5th card with mplayer/mencoder, all 5 output become
blurry(a lot of noise in the form of horizontal lines). No matter how I
reduce the resolution of all 5 video from mplayer/mencoder setting, the
situation is not alleviated. It seems to me that the resolution of
output from cards is fixed disregarding the setting change in
mplayer/mencoder and the total flow go beyond the capacity of the PCI bus.
Is it possible to adjust card resolution directly? I really like to have
more cards in one box.
