I just got this in the moderation queue, what the Sam Hill is it all
about? I figure it is spam, but what could the goal of the sender be?
If you think the headers might contain a clue I can let it through to the list.

I looked at the original mail in the moderation queue and it contained this:

A file was removed because it contained malicious code that could not be
repaired. File name is Readme.pif. Virus name is W32.Mydoom.M@mm

I think the list manager removed the virus.

I've received lots of spam like this in the past for various email accounts.

    I just assume it's a mind f*&k.
