I am seeing a problem in the master agent snmpd when a subagent sent linkUp/linkDown traps.
    I started snmpd as below:
snmpd -f -Le -Dsnmpd/select -Dtimer -Dtrap
The debug log shows snmpd blocked after "snmpd: send_trap: TImeout". The select loop simply stopped working from there.
    snmpd/select: select( numfds=12, ..., tvp=0x7fffeb28)
    timer: tvp 0.999917
    snmpd/select: returned, count = 1
    snmpd/select: select( numfds=12, ..., tvp=(nil))
    snmpd/select: returned, count = 1
    trap: send_trap -1 -1 .1.3.6.1.4.1.8072.3.2.10trap:
    trap: sending trap type=166, version=1
    trap: send_trap -1 -1 .1.3.6.1.4.1.8072.3.2.10trap:
    trap: sending trap type=166, version=1
    snmpd: send_trap: Timeout
This problem happens once in a while, not always, so it's kind of hard to catch.
Did anybody see this problem before? Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
