There are a number of services that offer DNS services, both primary and
    secondary.
DNSMadeEasy.com is one that comes to mind right off hand.
    EasyDNS.com is another one.
DNSMadeEasy runs a global IP Anycast network for it's DNS services and
    the pricing is pretty reasonable.

Folks, I know this is a little off topic, but we're a growing site
    that
currently has just two BIND DNS servers for our clients. I'd like to
investigate housing a third slave server off site. I just wondered
    what
others are doing for this? Are there reliable managed services that
    offer
this? We run BIND 9.3.x and I'm in Canada if that makes a difference.
