Hi,
I tried to install php5 in redhat7.2,but i was unable to do so.
There was some problem related to libxml2. I even tried down loading the
libxml2 rpm and upgraded the package.Even then some other problem occured
related to libxml2.
is that possible to install php5 in redhat7.2 ?.

Yes, but it is impossible to help you without more information.

What error messages are you receiving, what configure options are you
using, what version of libxml2 do you have installed, do you have the
libxml2 development package installed?

Please provide more information about what you have done and what error
